Shop/wine critic/ winery review: Vintage Wine Cellar/ Courtney/ This Cabernet Sauvignon shows very good purity of fruit and skillful wine making. This wine is full of black-fruit aromas, depth, and style. The palate pushes ripe plum and berry fruit along with chocolate, and the finish is chewy and correct in terms of tannins and structure.
Your Review: This is easily one of the most interesting red wines I have ever had due to its unique quality once you swallow the wine. This wine took my mouth by storm absorbing all the saliva and making my mouth really dry, which was really surprising. The tannins were some of the strongest ones I have ever drank, which was a unique characteristic of this wine. The smell was very berry like, and would probably compliment a very juicy food like steak.
