Tasting - "Cortenova Pinot Grigio"
Name: Cortenova Pinot Grigio
Variety: Pinto Grigio
Region: Venezie
Country: Italy
Year: 2012
Price: $7.95
Shop/wine critic/winery review: Vintage Cellar: White wine that smells like fresh and floral bouquet with tastes that include pears, apricots, and bananas.
Personal Tasting Experience: This wine was a nice smooth white wine with a strong fruity smell/taste. When I swished it in my mouth I tasted an overwhelming pear taste. This white wine doesn't need food to go along with because of the smoothness, but would go well with hors' d'oeuvres like cheese and crackers. One of my more favorable wines out of the 5 wines that I tasted
